What We Offer

Stay Healthy is based on the Direct Primary Care Practice Model. We offer subscription based, in-office and telehealth, healthcare services. The practice charges a monthly recurring fee billed directly to patients to cover the comprehensive and coordinated healthcare services provided by our Provider for a flat rate.
Stay Healthy also offers a variety of one time services outside of our monthly membership plans.
Stay Healthy also has a variety of fee for service options. There is a flat fee for each particular service provided.
